1. Introduction
At Custom Junction, we take pride in creating personalized products designed specifically for you. We strive to ensure that every item meets your expectations in terms of quality and design. However, if you encounter any issues with your order, our Return Policy outlines the conditions and process for returns, replacements, and refunds.

2. Eligibility for Returns
As our products are custom-made to your specifications, returns and exchanges are generally not accepted except in the following cases:

A. Manufacturing Defects
If the product arrives damaged, has a printing error, or contains a manufacturing defect.
B. Incorrect Order
If you receive a different product than what you ordered (e.g., wrong size, color, or design).
C. Shipping Damage
If the item is damaged during shipping, provided the damage is reported immediately upon receipt.
Note: Minor variations in color and design due to differences in screen displays or printing processes do not qualify as defects.

3. Conditions for Returns and Replacements
For a return or replacement to be processed, the following conditions must be met:

The issue must be reported within 7 days of receiving the product.
The product must be unused, unworn, and in the original packaging.
You must provide proof of purchase (order confirmation email, receipt).
Clear photos or videos of the defect or issue must be provided as evidence.
4. Non-Returnable Items
Due to the personalized nature of our products, the following items are non-returnable:

Custom-printed products with customer-supplied designs (unless defective).
Products ordered with specific personalizations (e.g., names, photos).
Sale or promotional items.
5. Return and Replacement Process
If your order meets the eligibility criteria, follow these steps for a smooth return process:

A. Contact Us

Provide your order number, details of the issue, and photos or videos of the defect.
B. Return Authorization
Once your request is reviewed, our team will approve or deny the return based on the eligibility criteria.

C. Shipping the Item
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product arrived damaged or incorrect due to our error.
Use a trackable shipping method and retain the receipt for your records.
D. Replacement and Refunds
After receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your replacement or refund request.
If approved, a replacement item will be sent to you at no additional cost. In case a replacement is not possible, we will issue a full refund.

Due to the personalized nature of our products, orders can only be canceled within 24 hours of placing the order. Once production has started, cancellations are not possible.
